Thank you for taking a look at our new website. ButchnBabe.com is in it's infancy and with your help we hope this site becomes your favorite place to visit, share and shop. We are focused on finding great pet products for you and making Butchnbabe.com the one place that you will come back to find all your wholesome pet supplies. We feel it is vital to have good natural healthy food and holistic products for your animal companion's wellness. While we are scouring to find great sources and developing our store, please shop at ButchnBabe's store provided by Amazon.com or clicking on one of the links. Your purchases will help support us and our mission to put together some websites that will benefit you and your animal companion. We are also going to feature outstanding pet charities and organizations as we hear about them from you. There will also be a service finder to easily assist you to find places to help you with your pet companion needs. You can expect this site to change the way it looks a couple of times as we work hard to get it right for you. We are also creating some sister websites, PetandTales.com (Pets in Books, Video, magazines, movies and more), PetStacular.com (current pet news, innovations and events) and PhotoFido.com (photo sharing, tips, and more) that we hope you will visit too.

So here's a little about us:

First, who is Butchnbabe, the ones in the logo and the top of this article? Butch and Babe came into our lives years ago while we owned a Southeast Asian Antiques, Arts and Crafts retail store. Butch was a beautiful Chocolate Labrador that had the greatest soft coat of hair. Babe was a fluffy loving West Highland Terrier. Both came to work with us everyday. Over the 11 years of business, neighbors and our regular clients would stop by regularly to say hello... to our dogs (and us too!) We miss our two companions that have moved on to the "Rainbow Bridge". We are so grateful to our Butch n' Babe for all they taught us and gave to those around them. We could probably write about them all day but we won't, at least not for now! They were great teachers to us in so many ways as any dog lover knows.

Now we have ourselves a Yellow Lab, Bodhi and a Tibetan Terrier, emma. We also share our home with 7 Koi (do you want to know their names?). These days, we do a lot of dog-sitting. We came across a company called Sleepover Rover and signed up as hosts. We are thoroughly enjoying this gig. Talk about having a day full of fun and joy! Doing this just further emphasized to us how passionate we are for our pets, the ones that we are fortunate to care for, and all animal companions around the world.

So here we are. For all you animal lovers out there, we are creating some pet websites that we hope will become part of your internet community. We hope that we will inform, entertain and assist you in caring for your animal companion. We hope our passion for doing the right thing for our pet family becomes a resource and sharing place for you and your pet companion. Stay tuned and please join us on this journey. On one of our vacations in Utah we had the great fortune to stay at Best Friends Animal Society. What an incredible experience we had. Our stay was to short and we cannot wait to go back again and volunteer some of our time there. You might have seen them on the National Geographic Channel as "DogTown". Here is their link:
